What do we offer?

We offer a range of services to suit your needs. Our services include: installation, sanding, staining and refinishing of both floors and stairs.

Our refinishing process begins with a thorough assessment of your floors to determine the best course of action. We use only the highest-quality equipment and materials to ensure that your floors receive the best possible care. We will then sand your floors down to the bare wood, removing any surface scratches, surface stains, or imperfections that may be present.

Once the sanding is complete, we then apply a durable finish that will protect your floors from wear and tear for years to come. Our finishes are available in a range of options, including satin, semi-gloss, and high-gloss, allowing you to choose the look that best suits your style.

In addition to our refinishing services, we also repair damaged floors. We can replace damaged boards, fill large gaps and cracks, and fix any other issues that may be present, ensuring that your floors look as good as new.

Note: (Pre-finished floors) are coated with an aluminum oxide finish from factory, they are time consuming and require aggressive sanding and a greater amount of heavy grit sandpaper is used to effectively strip out the aluminium oxide finish. This also applies to painted floors generally having many layers of hazardous paint beyond whats visible.

Price is negotiated based on job difficulty.

Tips

When hiring a flooring contractor, it's important to choose an experienced flooring contractor to prevent your floors from being sanded too deeply and from other awful mistakes that lessen the appeal and life of your floors. We have great experience in refinishing damaged, discolored or dull looking hardwood floors. On average a typical 3/4 inch, tongue and groove hardwood floor can be sanded and refinished several times. We can restore beauty to an aged floor rather than replacing it, making it an ideal renewable resource.
